    Italian Chef Academy rewards its students with the chane to achieve a Language Trainig Scolarship. Giacomo Maffia is one of those students; he attended the Professional Course Chef and the English Language Course so he can increase his knowledge and his curriculum becomes more competitive, also internationally.

    Mario Vaccaro attended the Professional Course Chef. At the end of it, he became the internership into the restaurant "The First", with the chef Riccardo Di Giacinto (Michelin Star). Once he finished the internership, the chef suggested him to prosecute the cooperation with the restaurant "Sm'All". Congratulations!

The academy

The Italian Chef Academy location

Located in one of the most panoramic points of Rome, in an exclusive district surrounded by greenery, few minutes far from the historical centre, the Academy has a bio-natural kitchen garden and an area dedicated to aromatic herbs.



The Campus

The campus is at walking distance from the Academy. The rooms are equipped whit wireless internet access, television, conditioning air, mini-bar; a culinary library and a fitness area at the Academy student's disposal.

Tasting techniques
